UK Deliveries

All UK orders are dispatched promptly within 1 working day. Depending on the delivery option selected at checkout, parcels typically arrive within 1–2 working days (express) or 2–4 working days (standard).

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

International Deliveries

All international orders are sent fully tracked using an express service. Please be aware that customs charges may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. Any applicable fees must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on NEW ITEMS ONLY, however we kindly ask customers to check sizing and item details carefully before purchasing.

As a small independent business, unnecessary returns have a significant impact, and we aim to keep returns to a minimum.

All pre-loved items are carefully inspected before sale. Due to their nature, some signs of wear should be expected, and these do not qualify as a fault. Any notable marks, flaws or defects will always be clearly stated and shown in the product listing.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received.

All original packaging must be included.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items returned showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on international orders, so please ensure you are completely satisfied before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, return postage will be covered and a full refund will be issued in line with UK consumer law.

How to Return an Item

If your return request is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

For example, trainers must be unworn, unused. They need to be returned with all original tags attached and returned in the original shoe box if applicable. Please place the shoe box inside the same outer protective box it was sent in, as this helps prevent damage.

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on what to do next. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept unapproved returns.

All items are graded on a letter-based system from A* to D. See the guide below for each grade:

• A* – Brand new / new without tags or box
• A – Like new / excellent condition
• B – Very good / minor signs of wear
• C – Good / noticeable wear
• D – Satisfactory / well-worn

Please note: All pre-owned items will show some signs of wear. Any notable wear or flaws will be clearly mentioned in the product description or shown in the photos.
