Our Approach to Returns
Casual Station is a small independent business, and every order makes a difference. Returns involve additional postage, handling and processing costs, which can have a significant impact on a small retailer.
We therefore ask all customers to read product descriptions, check sizing information and review photographs carefully before placing an order. We want you to know exactly what you're buying and appreciate your support in helping us keep our prices competitive.
Return Period
For online orders, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return your purchase.
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Pre-Loved Trainers & Condition
All pre-loved trainers are inspected before sale. As previously owned items, they may show signs of wear depending on their condition grade.
Any notable marks, flaws or defects will be described and photographed in the product listing wherever reasonably possible.
Please review the photographs, condition description and sizing information carefully before ordering. Wear that has been accurately disclosed in the listing does not, by itself, mean an item is faulty or not as described.
Condition of Returned Items
For change-of-mind returns, please ensure items are handled with reasonable care and returned in a condition consistent with what is necessary to inspect them.
Trainers must not be worn outdoors or used for everyday activities if you intend to return them.
Please include original tags, accessories and packaging where applicable. We strongly recommend returning trainers in their original shoe box, with the shoe box protected inside suitable outer packaging. Please do not attach postage labels or tape directly to the shoe box.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, resulting in a reduction in value, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where permitted by law. Any deduction will reflect the actual loss in value rather than an automatic fee.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been received.
Where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may also help us understand the problem and resolve it efficiently.
We will assess the circumstances and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Damage caused by accidental misuse or wear arising after delivery will be assessed according to the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Return Instructions & Inspection
To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number and details of your request.
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item and check its condition. Where a deduction for diminished value is legally justified, we will explain the basis of that deduction.
Please do not send parcels to an address that has not been provided for returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive the item back with us.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The refund will include the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service need not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.
International Orders
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international purchases (outside of the UK and EU). All international sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs so we can resolve the issue.
