UK Deliveries

Orders within the UK are dispatched via Evri. We aim to send out all orders within 24 hours. Depending on the delivery option selected at checkout, Evri typically delivers within 1–2 working days for express delivery, and 2–4 working days for standard delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details. International Deliveries

All international orders are sent fully tracked using an express service. Please be aware that customs charges may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. Any applicable fees must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for NEW items purchased from us. Pre-loved items are not eligible for return — this will be clearly stated in the item description, so please ensure you’re aware of the item’s condition before placing your order. While all pre-loved items are carefully inspected, some signs of wear should be expected. Any notable flaws or defects will be detailed in the listing.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns on international orders, so please ensure you are completely satisfied with the item before purchasing.

How to Return an Item
If your return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. For example, if you're returning trainers, they must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original shoe box. Please also return them using the same outer protective box they were sent in, as this helps keep the shoe box in good condition.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
As soon as we’ve received and checked over your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know. If everything’s in order and the return is approved, we’ll process your refund and it will be sent back to your original payment method within 3-10 working days.
