We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on NEW ITEMS ONLY, however we kindly ask customers to check sizing and item details carefully before purchasing.

As a small independent business, unnecessary returns have a significant impact, and we aim to keep returns to a minimum.

All pre-loved items are carefully inspected before sale. Due to their nature, some signs of wear should be expected, and these do not qualify as a fault. Any notable marks, flaws or defects will always be clearly stated and shown in the product listing.

All original packaging must be included.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items returned showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on international orders, so please ensure you are completely satisfied before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, return postage will be covered and a full refund will be issued in line with UK consumer law.

International Orders

Returns are not accepted on international orders unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

If your return request is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

For example, trainers must be unworn, unused. They need to be returned with all original tags attached and returned in the original shoe box if applicable. Please place the shoe box inside the same outer protective box it was sent in, as this helps prevent damage.
